Valley CM proivded all Construction Management and Inspection for the construction of new 21 MGD pump station, pump station intake rehabilitation, dam emergency blow-off construction, new surge tank, new generator and foundation, potable/service water system for new facilities, plant access roads for new facilities, data and telecommunication system upgrades as well as a new SDGE service. Valley CM provided a single person providing by CM and Inspection services for the project  The services included submittal review and tracking, change order review and negotiation, RFI review and tracking, payment processing, photo documentation (including aerial photos) and document control.  The existing pump station was required to stay in service throughout the entire construction without interruption.
