Valley CM provided construction management services for the construction of the San Diego County’s FIRST AWWA D110 Type III Prestressed Concrete Tank.  The confined project site already included two other 3 million gallon steel reservoirs and required strong coordination to allow for operation of these tanks during the construction of the concrete reservoir.  Significant grading and blasting was required due to rock for the foundation preparation.
