Inspection Services

Construction Management

Valley CM provides a full suite of construction management and resident engineering services including Constructibility Reviews, Contract Administration, Submittal, RFI & Change Order Processing, Start-up and Commissioning and Project Closeout. Valley CM can provide CM only services while the client provides staff for inspection. Valley CM staff are committed to delivering the highest level of service to our clients which is reflected in our commitment to continuing education and certification. All of Valley CM's senior staff are registered engineers and/or Certified Contstruction Managers (CCM).

Valley CM inspection staff have significant experience as a general contractor and owner’s representative. This dual experience allows our staff to see the big picture, anticipate problems and keep the project moving to a successful completion. Valley CM inspection staff carry multiple inspection certificates (Qualified SWPPP Practitioner, AWS-Certified Welding Inspector, ICC Reinforced Concrete and Masonry, Cross Connection Specialist, Cure-In-Place Pipe Inspector, Public Infrastructure Inspector). This benefits the client economically as well as increasing the level of expertise available to the project.

Stormwater Inspection & Maintenance

Valley CM have QSP/QSP certified staff that provide Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD), Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) and Water Pollution Control Manager (WPCM) services. Valley CM also provides site monitoring and inspections, storm water sampling & analysis, SMARTS reporting including Notice of Intent (NOI), Notice of Termination (NOT) and Annual Report filing. Valley CM also provides minor BMP repair and maintenance services.

Valley CM's senior staff have significant experience as both a general contractor and an owner's representative Valley CM firmly believes that by bringing the contractor's persepctive to the owner's side of the table, we can be a proactive participant and anticipate and mitigate problems with the contractor.
